From the mountains of Ragonvalia, Norte de Santander – Colombia, at more than 1,900 meters above sea level, emerges Domingo Torres Coffee, the result of a family’s dedication and passion for turning tradition into excellence. At El Roble Farm, we maintain fully artisanal processes in which each coffee cherry is handpicked at its optimal ripeness and carefully washed and fermented for 36 hours. Drying is carried out naturally under the sun in solar drying houses, ensuring exceptional quality and a clean, balanced cup.

We cultivate the Geisha and Castillo varieties. Geisha stands out for its elegance and aromatic complexity, offering a fragrance of chamomile, honey, and panela, combined with a sweet orange aroma and flavors reminiscent of lemongrass and tea. It features a silky and delicate body, medium citric and malic acidity, and yellow fruit notes that together create a harmonious and refined cup. Castillo, on the other hand, reflects the sweetness and character of Colombian coffee, with caramel notes, light hints of almond, and a wine-like aftertaste, resulting in a balanced cup with a lasting finish.
