This is a farm located in Salamina, Caldas, in Colombia's coffee-growing region. This territory, privileged by its climate and the benefits of its soil, facilitates the transition to chemical-free coffee production.

The farm has remained in the hands of the same family for five generations, consolidating a deep coffee-growing tradition over the years and a deep connection with the El Tigre region thanks to the recognized social contributions of Luis Felipe Gutiérrez Loaiza, founder of the first agricultural school in the department of Caldas and a prominent regional social leader.
