Traditional Washed Castillo

Casa Quemada Farm is a family project. Due to his advanced age, my father has delegated responsibility to us, and my brother and I have taken over the reins of the project. We have begun renovating the old coffee trees and planting Bourbon Rosado and Papaya varietals. For seven years, we have been working with dedication and motivation to produce high-quality coffees for consumers. We want to have high-quality coffees and obtain fair prices for our work in the coffee sector. Our interest is to listen to our customers' comments in order to improve the harvesting, processing, and fermentation processes and achieve excellent cup profiles. We also want our customers to be satisfied with our product and to create strong, trusting, and long-lasting business relationships. We are working together with other small coffee growers in the region to strengthen the coffee industry in Cucutilla, a department in Norte de Santander, Colombia.
