I grew up in a rural family, which has given me a deep connection with the world of coffee. I have done some studies related to coffee and have specialized in finding specialty coffees. My passion for coffee has led me to tour coffee farms in search of quality, profile in each cup. I enjoy the history and tradition surrounding coffee, and am inspired by the beauty of the region's steep green mountains while working in the coffee fields, doing some of the day-to-day work on the farm.
