Information

I am a third-generation coffee producer. My grandfather and father dedicated their lives to coffee farming, so I grew up surrounded by it from a very young age. My earliest memories are linked to farm work, pulping coffee beans and participating in the manual harvest. At eight years old, I had my first crop, which sparked a great passion for the countryside and coffee farming. Afterward, I took a break of about 13 years from my direct involvement with coffee. However, four years ago, I decided to return to this path with a renewed vision, focused on the production of specialty coffees. During this process, I have trained and studied in depth the characteristics that differentiate high-quality coffee, always seeking to implement good agronomic and production practices. As an agronomist, I took on the challenge of establishing Geisha coffee plantations, renowned for its extraordinary cup quality, but also for being one of the most demanding and complex varieties to manage in the field. Before planting, I spent a year conducting studies and evaluations to carefully select the site, prioritizing soils derived from volcanic ash and favorable agroecological conditions to allow the variety to reach its full potential. My goal has been to integrate technical knowledge with new technologies and sustainable practices to obtain differentiated, high-quality coffees. The crops are now two and a half years old and continue to develop, representing a project built on family experience, professional training, and a passion for coffee.
