Coffee production began on the farm in 2000, and over the years, the crop has grown. Today, we offer seven varieties processed in different ways. We have won several coffee reviews and have a certified Q grader to validate the quality of our coffee.
FOREST OF FLAVORS
High in the Caldas mountains, where the clouds kiss the coffee plantations and the wind whispers ancestral secrets, lies Laderas del Tapias: a farm that not only cultivates coffee but also preserves the living memory of the mountains.
Each variety in our ""Forest of Flavors"" is a chapter in this ancient story, where terroir is not just land, but soul transformed into a cup.
