This project began in 1995, when my parents—Mr. Milciades Toro and Mrs. Cecilia Ñañez—decided to dedicate their lives to working the land inherited from my grandparents and to coffee production. Through hard work, dedication, and a love for coffee, they built the foundation of what is now our farm. Driven by that passion and a desire for continued growth, we embarked on a new chapter four years ago, focusing on the world of specialty coffee. As part of this process of innovation and improvement, we began planting various coffee varieties two years ago, aiming to offer coffees with unique cup profiles and the highest quality. Today, we continue to farm with the same commitment we started with, honoring our family legacy while embracing innovation, sustainability, and excellence in every coffee bean. At Finca Los Cedros, we offer a wide range of coffees that reflect the richness of our origin and the care taken at every stage of the process. Our portfolio includes regional, estate, and single-varietal coffees, available in both washed and natural processes. Each one is cultivated and processed to high quality standards, aiming to highlight the unique characteristics of every lot and deliver sensory experiences that embody the essence of our farm and our region.
